Very slow and unfriendly tellers. I live in Florida and the tellers there are very efficient and friendly.
Worst banking experience ever. ALWAYS have to wait at least half hour when go to bank to see someone. When trying to call, you just get in loop, says everyone is busy.....DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...pick another bank.
They have tied up my money for months, no access!!
Need another Bank of America closer to rt 26 on Four Seasons blvd.

After an entire life of being a part of Bank of America; I truly have not lived till leaving- Bank of America. Their service was always a headache and never clear on what they wanted from me. For a corporate bank to have caused me so many issues with my security information on their online features. If you want easy bank accesses via internet then Bank of Americas is highly unreliable. They spam with constant irrelevant bank offers on their emails are always a joy to put up with.
