These people are awful I needed an alignment they said they could get me in after work I got there wait 30 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't see Me! I had to get a hotel as I couldn't risk going down the mountain to Greenville in the rain

BAD Experience, Clark Tire/Mr.Tire does not warranty their work ! do not recommend for ANY mechanical work. Clark Tire/Mr.Tire installed a master cylinder & booster 7.18.16 on my ford truck $575.00 drive very low mile, 4 K year, brakes starting locking up and drive would not move, was close to Toyota and they take the master cylinder and booster apart and the wrong rod length was used ! paid $325.00lucky did not go far. When to Clark Tire/Mr.Tire and took both receipts, now up to $900. They said they would call us back, lest then a year from service and under 4K miles. they offer us $100.00 in store credit ! I would go someplace used unless you only need a flat repaired. Monroe Muffler in Rochester, New York purchased Clark tire and now call in MR. Tire, any work done by Clark they told me does not apply, how about that for customer service !
Had a nail in my tire and went here to have it looked at. They said they couldn't plug it by just spaying soap bubbles on it. I would need a new tire which the only thing they had in stock was close to a $100. Took car to Downtown Tire Pros and they actually took tire off to see if they could fix it which was no charge and then said they could and fixed it and have had no problems with tire since.
These guys have worked on two of our vehicles. They are fast and their work is good. Best of all, the staff have been friendly and honest. We will be keeping our business here!
My last 2 experiences here have been bad, with very poor customer service. I always call a day or two ahead to make appointment and when I arrive they are too busy to get to me and talk to me like I'm dumb.
