We told him that we wanted to test drive and get some prices for the Jeep and he set up the test drive and figured out the prices, which was great!!!! We agreed that we could afford the Jeep, test drove it, decided we wanted it, came back and told Pam and she said great wait in my office while i get the paper work started. 5 min went by we didn't see Pam, 20 min still no Pam but much to my surprise and disappointment I watch another customer get into the Jeep I just said I was buying for a test drive. I asked to speak to the manager and he came out to explain that this customer had been there longer and would have the option to buy before us. First the customer wasn't there when we got there, I know because I watched her pull up and then start getting helped by the salesman. Second we test drove and spoke for the car before she even got into it and drove it. Of course she picked that Jeep because it was beautiful, I picked that Jeep because it was beautiful. We sat in the dealership for 3 hours to walk away pissed off because we picked a Jeep that they ultimately sold to someone else. Not only would I not recommend this dealership for lack of dealer integrity, I wouldn't reccomend them for the fact that they had no honor in their word, a very unprofessional staff, and they handled this situation completely wrong. Had they have been upfront with us, we would have bought the other Jeep we were also looking at, but instead I'll take my money and give it to another dealer!!!!! Thanks for nothing.
Today on our way home from the beach we got in contact with Allen in the customer service area, he was excellent and fast with getting back to us and setting an appointment. We walked into the dealership knowing basically what we wanted, tried to convey that to Pam. Although she tried to direct us to something we weren't really looking for we eventually explained to Used car manager that we wanted to look at a Jeep Wrangler that they had. Which is where the 1 star (or less than 1 star review comes from.)
