Great place to shop very clean store and friendly staff
The worst customer service specially in cosmetic department's.i prefer go Asheville or Greenville not Hendersonville . The stuffs in lancome and one of managers are really rude and they dont try to help people.
I really like Hendersonville's Belk store. The associated are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Please never close this location!
Another disappointed trip to Belk. The prices for merchandise after the 60 pct discount are still higher than online retailers. Trying to use their coupons so I can support local businesses results in a fruitless effort due to the 100 restrictions each coupon has in the fine print.
We shopped at the perfume counter. A new employee of four days helped us. Her name is Elizabeth. She was extremely helpful. My husband found a cologne he liked with her help. I sampled several fragrances, but went back to my old standby Chanel Number 5. I highly recommend this friendly young lady.
