From the moment I stepped in the door I received excellent care. The staff were all very nice and very helpful. I did not have to wait long to do my pre exam and then for Dr.Poole to come do his exam. Dr. Poole really went above and beyond to check my vision health because of health conditions. The lady who helped me choose my glasses helped me so much in choosing the best style to suit me and the best price. I was also able to take my glasses home with me twenty minutes later. Before my appointment I had to reschedule three times and they were always nice and helpful about getting my appointment rescheduled.
Dr. Poole is patient and kind, and is a great communicator. He was great with my kids, making them feel comfortable throughout their entire eye exam. The glasses we chose were great--reasonably priced, but still high quality. I highly recommend for patients of all ages.
