Spent about 30 minutes looking for a hoodie that wasn't in stock online or in store, and manager Ciara was able to locate one for me after calling about eight GameStops. Now that's amazing service. Super pleased -- this team really went to bat for me. Thank you so much!
The employees are friendly and helpful. However, I have purchased numerous used games from this shop and constantly they don't work. I understand that's the risk you take purchasing used, it's just clear looking at these games that they shouldn't have been sold to begin with.
