Not happy at all with this service. The two men that were sent out were pleasant but this company clearly milks every hour so they can rip you off. We had two busted pipes in our basement that needed repair and they took FOREVER and charged us almost $600 for the total cost. Our landlord was who paid for it and she is a older lady who is very ill. They clearly ripped her off and us too. Not to mention the first guy they sent out to our house was really young and didn't seem to know what he was doing. This company appears to not be very ethical or moral nor do they seem to care about getting repeat business, only ripping people off. On top of all that, we still have a leak from the pipe they were supposed to have fixed. Don't use this company. Not stable, not reputable and not stocked with all parts they need to efficiently do their job.
Service Today is literally such a kind group of individuals that actually care about their customers. They have not billed me for insignificant things like simply flipping the breaker box. They are timely and efficient and I feel comfortable with all the employees. I'm very thankful for their generosity and care.
Everytime we call they get here quick and always give great service at a fair price.
