As a customer, you're more likely to have an uneasy feeling purchasing jewelry due to the expenses. As a retail customer service, their job is make it easier for the customers to purchase their merchandise and make customers feel comfortable with their purchase. However, the sales rep (Terry) was very rude. Her tone of voice is much higher than mine, which made me feel uneasy, and ended up screaming at one another. I know they have the right to refuse service, but she was very rude. Kay's management needs to either replace their staff or close down. It's not worth going to Hendersonville's store. Go somewhere else. Service is very poor and disappointing.

I had a diamond fall out of a Levian wide wedding band. Purchased it from Belk. Took it to Kay's to be repaired. They did a beautiful job and it has a 6 month warranty on it. Thank you Kay's.

I couldn't believe this was the same store I went two months ago. Maggie Taylor the new store manager was such a big help to me and help me find the perfect set of Jewellery.
