Poor does not begin to describe this facility. the staff is grossly under trained, good luck trying to get a hold of corporate management and it seems like every month they are trying to hit you with new fees. they also keep changing the grace period so they can hit you with late fees... DO NOT RENT HERE!!
Nice place, not cheap.
Going to agree with the comments about unfriendly staff. The big guy is as miserable as they come. Could care less if you do business with them or not. Needs a lesson in public relations, or be fired!!!
