2. The staff is always rude or at best curt. For example, last Saturday my family and I were waiting at the counter for 15 mins or more as usual so I asked "Is somebody working on my order?" Since there was a real possibility that nobody was. The Kid behind the counter glared at me and said "Yeeeaah." (sarcasm dripping) That's it. Even my gf though he was rude.
7:30 pm and out of Chicken Tenders!?? What's the deal with that?? So I asked for Onion Rings (the cashier seemed agitated because I ordered them!) And a Large coffee (I was on a long trip and needed caffeine to keep my eyes open) the coffee was cold and stale!!! Thanks to Google I can avoid this place in the future! Don't waste your money at this location! Who runs out of a main food item mid week at 7:30 pm???? Bad management didn't order properly for the restaurant!!! I know how it works was a Assistant Manager at a Burger King this is not supposed to happen unless there's a unexpected rush but that was not the case here!
I have been to this Hardee's many times. Each time I regret it. It's the only one around here. Just a couple of points. 1. No matter what time of day, lunch, dinner, mid- afternoon, whatever it takes forever to get your food. It doesn't matter whether there are 10 customers or no customers it will take at least 15- 20 minutes for more to get your order.
I was the only one in the dining room but the employees all went out for a smoke break before they made my food. Horrible
The general manager is always there trying to get stuff done. Which is very muvh appreciated. Its a little bit short staffed but overall the food is good and the staff they keep is pretty good natured :-)
In conclusion, even my penchant for Hardee's burgers may not be enough to keep me coming back to this rat hole.
Services were slow but the food was hot and fresh.
