Unhelpful. Hard to find employee. Low stock. Going to buy online anywhere else.
This is a horrible place to shop. Poor customer service, the manager is a witch that treats customers and staff like they are a pain in the ass. You can't get help most of the time. They sent me ammo coupons and the same day didn't carry the ammo. The manager, if that is what you want to call her, wouldn't give a rain check and was very nasty to her employee and me. I have decided to spend my money elsewhere after sending the corporate office and email with no response. I have voted with my feet.
Always helpful staff. Good prices. Store could use more staff some times you have to wait a little bit. But overall nice clean store good variety.
Store has awful staff. I asked for help in shoes because I could only find 1 shoe in my size and it was display. 20 min later no one came so i picked another pair. As we went to check out asked for help again and an employee who worked there told me the shoes are always messed up and they probably didn’t have the other because people steal them all the time. As we leave the buzzer goes off, the cashier says just go it’s fine. I decided to check my boots and one had a buzzer thing on it, I then to think and look at the other and they are different sizes. I go back in and nowhere to be found are the other size to the boots i have. I decide to go with another pair. No employee seemed to care there was atleast 4 pair of boots with the other half missing.
This store has pretty much anything you are looking for from sports gear, hunting and clothing. I stopped in for ammunition as I was told they were one of the few that have what I needed. My biggest complaint was getting someone to assist myself and several others who were needing merchandise in the back. There was one person up front at the register, and one helping customers all over the store. After 15 minutes I went up front to request assistance for all of us. I have gone back since and encountered the same issue of being understaffed. On a plus side the person who helped all of us was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. The location is easy to find and plenty of parking.
