Considerate team! My pet bunny was suffering from an abscess at the beginning of the year and they took wonderful care of her. After exhausting their own options they consulted an optometrist who prescribed the correct antibiotics. They were considerate of my financial situation and the team loved and remember my bunny every visit. Will regularly bring my pets here! Love them!
I'm a difficult client! I can see Dr. Parsons laughing at that! I am a breeder, probably better informed that 95% of pet owners, and 75% of breeders. I am demanding, and I WANT my vet to think out of the box, and to give me credit for being an intelligent, educated breeder. She does that and more, and so does her staff! She is a breeder herself, so she "gets it"! I couldn't ask for a better vet, unless she were to decide to give me a multi dog discount!!! Thanks, BJ - you're a great vet and a friend!
Kanuga is a down to earth vet clinic where clients and their pets are cared for as though they were part of the family. They also offer some premium services, such as digital x-rays, therapy laser, and ultrasound at reasonable prices, and they use a dremel tool with most nail trims to smooth the sharp edges. Dr. Parsons is willing to schedule in home pet euthanasia, when her schedule allows, for clients (and non-clients) who live in the Hendersonville area.
Such great staff here!!! My cat had been injured and needed attention. My regular vet refused to work in an appointment for him so I called Kanuga and without hesitation they arranged for me to get him in right away. He's better now and I couldn't be happier my kitty had such great care. I'll be switching vets to Kanuga!
We had an Emergency after hours. We were seen right away. The staff were professional, caring, and compassionate. Things were explained in a way we could understand. The bill was actually a little less than we expected. Great team! We would recommend this office to all.
