Dealerships and buying a car for the first time can be pretty intimidating, but Austin was so helpful through every step. He was genuine and laid back from the get go, which I really appreciated. I recommend this place and know where to go back to in the future!
I have never had such a smooth and hassle free experience buying a car as I have from Coleman Freeman. I live in WV and they took care of transferring my tags, calling my insurance company, and even had a resource available for me to have it delivered to my doorstep, literally the next day. Just amazing, I will never deal with any other dealership again. I cannot thank them enough!

Drove from SC to test drive a vehicle. Unfortunately we were not able to make a deal. Austin was great to deal with. He made the process easy, and when I told him my concerns, there was no pressure or coercion to sell me a vehicle that wasn't right for me. It was refreshing to deal with a used car salesman who didn't come across as a used car salesman.
