Great bunch of people out there at Miles doing a great job wonderful wonderful service
We purchased our new Jayco camper from Miles in October, 2016. Since that time, we have had several questions that weren't addressed in the owner's materials, and called for Miles for assistance. Each time, we were told that a technician would call us. Those calls never came. We got the information we needed from other dealerships just so we could use our camper. Now we have issues with a couple of the camper's systems that are warrantied and need to be addressed by Miles as the dealership where we purchased the camper from. We have called, and once again we've been told the technician will call. No call has come. We have a trip scheduled, and will have to cancel if this isn't addressed quickly. The dealership has good products, but their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. I am tired of having to cancel trips in our "new camper" because we can't get service. I don't recommend this dealership.
Was thinking of trading our very nice travel trailer here but was insulted of the way they acted like we had junk will not return.
We were basically window shopping when we were there, trying to get ideas for when we buy next month. The salesman was very friendly, informative, offered his suggestions, but wish we could have looked at more travel trailers on our own with a salesperson present. Still a pretty good visit.
Very nice salesmen and want hound you. You go to them when your ready! Good pricing also.
