I had purchased a electric recliner 10 month ago. Loved.the chair. I had a small problem that at the time a different manager was there, promised he would take care of it. Since then they are now on the 4 th manager since January 2017. All promising they would make things right. On October 24th 2017 I recieved a call from a guy named ROCKY. He told me he was the new sales manager. Before I gave him a chance to tell me why he called I told him of everything that occurred. And that I will never buy from them again.He to again promised to rectify my complaints. Let me tell you this man is AMAZING. He sent out a Technician named EDWARD who is also AMAZING.Edward took extra time at my home really checking out the chair before he left he to promised it well be fixed. Today October 31 2017 Rocky called me. He and his regional manager are delivering another chair. I had not wanted anything other than to try to fix my chair. I mainly wanted to Thank Rocky and the regional manager and Edward. These 3 men have helped. PLEASE GIVE THEM A TRY WHEN YOU ARE NEEDING FURNITURE they will give you wonderful service. Thank you so much.
As a long standing customer Aaron's has never failed me. As long as you make all your payments on time and keep in contact with them if you're having trouble financially they'll work with you. I always enjoy having a conversation with the staff and never dread going in. (They do need a better walk way from the front door to the front desk I always call it the furniture gauntlet)
