Horrible experience with these people. Seemed lost.
We have shopped there many times and made purchases. There was a conversation couch that we liked and placed a custom order. We were told each time we made contact with the salesperson with whom we worked that she would call us about when ready, delivery etc. This person did not. For all but one time we had to call. She told us that the couch was ready after 6 weeks and they would pick up it up & let us know. No call! We tried getting it scheduled for delivery and another stalling & no call. Then she called and tells us what the balance is and I asked that she give me a delivery date and then I would pay the balance. A week later she called with the possibility of two days & we paid balance and she was to call with the exact day & time. On the first expected day we had to call her. She said that they were expecting another delivery item to make it worthwhile to come to Columbia and it had come in so no delivery. Later that day the delivery people called and said they had just gotten the sofa and it would be 2-3 weeks before it could be delivered and they never did have it on schedule or were expecting this supposed other shipment. So.....this clerk lied about the possible delivery , she has never called back again as she said she would. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.. we will miss shopping there in the future.And.. I called the owner and left our number to let he know of our experience and no return call. So, it must be endemic.
