I'm going to a completely different practice now. I went to go get a birth control shot two weeks ago, arrived before my appointment time and it took them two freaking hours to give me a simple shot. I shouldn't even have to ask what is taking them so long. It has been the last several appointments I've had to ask what's takin so long. Not to mention I have to fill out paperwork every time I go there. Stupid. It's super slow there and I hate going to the doctors to begin with. I feel uneasy in a doctors office. I won't be going here anymore.
This place has let me down time and time again. I left the doctor side after they not following through with a much needed appendicitis. Ended up having to go to the ER around 6 that night after being a walk in there at 8am to speak with a doctor. The original Brevard doctor just left with no word or letter to her patients, very unprofessional. And now attempting to get my teeth looked at as the dentist side still kicked ass. Can't get through on the phone, which isn't a shocker. Completely done with this place and highly advise others to seek better and more helpful care somewhere else.
I am disgusted and truly amazed at what this facility thinks is ethical. My client has been with this office for 8 years. Things were not great but it isn't easy finding a doctor for him. His mother called in to make an appointment because his med were about to run out (within a week). She was told Dr. L would no longer be seeing him. Her case load was to large. They said they tried to call to tell her but they hadn't tried to contact anyone. Leaving someone who has a SEVERE seizure disorder and is also autistic (non verbal) without another doctor or medication is INSANE!!! You take a oath whenever you become a dr. That oath means nothing to this Dr or facility. If I could give no stars I would.
The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a doctor in my life. I went in with a dental abscess which if anyone has ever had one then they know how incredibly painful they are. This stupid doctor took one look at my mouth and told me I needed to see a dentist to do anything. Really? Like I did not know that. She didn't ask about pain or anything. She didn't even want to give me antibiotics for the swelling. And my whole face is swollen. A dentist would not even touch that tooth with all the swelling. And when I asked about pain medicine all I got was well she's taking ibuprofen isn't she? I am but it isn't doing anything at all. She didn't keep me out of work and didn't check my pain and didn't want to give me medicine. This is the worst doctor's office I have ever been too. Don't go here. Your better of going to urgent care. At least they will ask you how bad your hurting.
After spending 15-20 minutes trying to get someone on the phone they tell you no appointments available with your physician, but you can come the next day and be seen by somebody. You get there at the prescribed time and they tell you that you have NO appointment and can sit and wait and will be awhile! Sad very sad.
