My experience with Park Ridge Psychiatry has been a truly pleasant one. My psychiatrist, Dr. John Rice is why I keep coming back. I am thrilled to have such a wonderful Doctor, and would/will follow him anywhere. Thank you, Dr. Rice......you truly are a Gift to me.
PA Chandler is one of the WORST. She doesn't pay attention to the needs of the client. She takes away medication over the phone without a proper consult. Regardless if the medication has been working for years. Simple misunderstandings happen. But she is rude and made me feel uncomfortable. She over charged me. I stayed for 30 minute sessions and she would charge me for a 30 min add on. Also charged me for medication consults like ADD medication when I was not taking anything for ADD. She seemed to know very little information about the medication she was prescribing. I would not recommend her. I'm so glad I found a better Doctor. The only reason I did not put one star because the actual Doctor's are great. They really know what they are doing. Another thing the the receptionists are also pretty rude and non talkative, they treat you like you are a bother, they all look like they are on their way to being burnt out. I went to this office for 6 years.
