My best friend was involved in an accident and the other driver had this as his insurance. It has been 3 weeks and they are still "investigating the accident". In the mean time she has no car, doctor and hospital bills out the waazoo, depending on friends to take her to the doctor, work, grocery shopping etc. The accident report says she was not to blame one bit and their client has already admitted it was his fault. He hit her in the rear end, didn't slow down and admitted "i did not see her". Get off your butts and pay this claim before I have to sue you to get reimbursed for all the mileage and wear and tear on my vehicle.
