One of the employees Gina, which I have seen personally so drunk while at work she couldnt talk without slurring her speech.
AVOID avoid avoid. Unhelpful and have an attitude with customers. They just really don't care and will take their time getting around to you even if it costs you money.
Penny Insurance has always treated me like I was their number one priority. The staff is professional and knowledgeable and will work to find the best coverage that both protects my interests and is as affordable as possible. If you want a professional job and be treated like family, this is the place to get your insurance.
Mr. Penny Sr. is about as unpleasant & grumpy as one can get. As far as Will Penny goes, he is just plain rude, liar and a hypocrite. He will lie & says he isn't there when asked to talk to him & will run so that he doesn't have to talk to his customers. All of there money goes to the Hendersonville Country Club or elaborate unnecessary things for his children.
Susan & Stacy aren't much better to deal with. Ask yourself do you honestly want to do business with someone that represents an insurance agency that has morals as such? Do yourself a favor & find another agency that wants to help you. Somewhere that you can trust that they aren't steering you towards a harmful decision because their too drunk to know the difference.
