I wish I could give them less than one star. Incredibly unprofessional. I called them this morning for a ride to work, dispatch hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. Then received a call from the driver who also hung up on me mid sentence. Waited over an hour, and they NEVER showed up. Seriously, if you're in need of a ride, DO NOT call Checker Cab. All they will do is waste your time.
I waited an hour & forty five minutes for my ride to show up this morning. By the time I phoned an uber, he still hadn't shown up. Uber was there in four minutes. Unbelievable.
If I could leave a negative star review, I would. This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They picked my 87 year old mother up one hour late and she missed her flight. When I called to give feedback and ask for an explanation I was told that she was an adult over 21 and that it was her fault that she got in the cab if she didn`t think that she was going to make it in time for the flight. Then I was hung up on. Their motto is "Quck, reliable service". Blatant lie.
Outstanding... I have been using another cab company in the area they left me sitting outside in the cold for two hours I call checker they came within 20 minutes drive was extremely nice actually get out of the car and help me put my walker interest vehicle.... I was very grateful and pleasantly surprised... call was very nice very clean and I will definitely use them again... Great experience ...
