Horrible. Every employee is disrespectful, rude and completely lazy. With their attitudes, you can tell they hate their job and don't want to be there or want to be helping anyone. They treat you like your the criminal! Even though we are the ones on the other side of the wall needing help or information.. they seem incapable of doing either. Absolutely ridiculous!
