Great shop. We are an end-user, and have a company coming to install a hot water holding tank at our house early next week (custom radiant/DHW system). Our schedules are tight, and the folks here went above and beyond to make sure we the unit on time and when we would be available. One of the guys came by and delivered the unit on his way home for the day. Above and beyond! Great customer service is alive and kicking here.

As part of a kitchen remodel, my husband and I visited Hajoca and bought some supplies, including a garbage disposal. A few weeks later, our installer was putting in the new garbage disposal and couldn't get it to work as the motor wasn't turning on properly. I called Hajoca and inquired as to whether the motor might be defective. I was told that it was impossible for it to be defective. He talked very rudely to my installer and asked him if he is a licensed plumber (he is a licensed general contractor). We were told that the garbage disposal was not returnable. We went to Ace, bought another one, and it was working 30 minutes later. Horrible customer service by a very rude employee.
