The Hendersonville Lowe's has earned the name "SLOWES" because it is so poorly run.
What you'd expect from any Lowes or home depot. Friendly staff. Pro tip : most hardware store employees are not experienced in actual home repair/ remodeling . Please consider this when obtaining procedural information. The same is true for auto parts stores. You tube is your friend.
I was told by an employee that they can't find help because the applicants don't pass the drug test. That's funny, Home Depot has great service and there is always someone there to help.

I purchased a refrigerator at this store about 3 weeks ago. When it got set up, they couldn't hook it up to the water line because the nozzle was missing from the plastic tubing. Apparently it's against NC code for them to do that, which you would think they would add as a disclaimer. Either way, the real problem was when I tried to exchange it because of all the weird sounds it was making after it got set up and turned on. A new refrigerator isn't supposed to whirr and bang and make strange sounds like that, so I TRIED to call and exchange it. I tried for a week to get a hold of someone at the hendersonville location. Due to my insane schedule of working full time and being a full time student I just haven't been able to physically go to the store. I called last wednesday and no one would answer the appliances phone, so the operator took my number down and said someone would get back with my by Friday. Monday rolled around and still I got no callback. I called the store 5 times today, 4 of those times no one answered the appliances phone, and it would re-route me to the operator, who would then just re-connect me to appliances. I've still not gotten a response from appliances and now no one is answering the phone for the operator either, and it's only 4:30PM. Extremely frustrating experience.
This Lowe's is SO bad I've given up on them and started shopping at Home Depot a few blocks away. The service here is HORRIBLE!!! You can never find any help or even a manager, and the customer service area is a joke. Always a long line, and they don't even answer the phone if you try to call them.
